Deer Antler Supplements Good for Workout Recovery |
| 1/20/2010 11:17:21 PM |
Today when I was looking for natural supplements, I ran across a bottle of deer antler powder and it amazed me what is available online for people to take to improve their health. I'd never heard of this product as vitamins supplements, so I looked into it a little more. It appears that the Chinese have used this for thousands of years and now it is making inroads into the... Workouts and Protein Bars Help Sister Get to Marathon Finish Line |
| 1/18/2010 9:39:22 PM |
Yesterday was the PF Chang Marathon in Phoenix, and my sister was a proud participant of it. Some of my family members went to watch her come in at the finish line and we had a little party for her afterward. We had the best time at the party and praised her for all her workouts that made it possible for her to run in that marathon. She was also exhilarated, as she should... Read More |

Getting Ready to Workout |
| 1/18/2010 6:03:48 AM |

Getting ready for a workout is as much a physical endeavor as mental one. How any times have you said I need to begin a workout program? That's the easy part, realizing it, thinking it and even verbalizing it. The challenging part is making the workout a reality.
I have found a way to make it fun, really! Start by finding some comfortable workout clothes. Try them on before... Read More |

| 1/15/2010 8:23:50 AM |

Many years ago one of my best friends introduced me to vitamins supplements and my life has never been the same. At the time I was starting a new weight loss plan and he was so excited for me that he began searching for information about health and fitness for me. One day he called me at home asking me if I knew about all the benefits that vitamins supplements can offer to... Read More |

Too Much Water Mid Workout is a Bad Idea |
| 1/14/2010 1:56:49 PM |
After spending around 45 solid minutes using fitness equipment the other day, I slowly walked over to the drinking fountain. My mouth was dry and I needed some more Go-Go juice. I got to greedy though when the stream of falling water hit my tongue. Gulping it down like I was lost in the desert, the water went down the wrong tube and I immediately felt like puking.... Weight Loss with Yoga and Pilates |
| 1/14/2010 1:20:46 PM |

I cannot say enough about a yoga and pilates workout. I enjoy these workouts more than words can express. The movements are muscle strengthening and relaxing. The music is extremely soothing. My instructor is very informative and everyone who participates in the class is so friendly. There is absolutely no reason for me to miss out on a single class.
My yoga and pilates... Read More |

Workout with Little Fitness Equipment |
| 1/14/2010 1:07:45 PM |

I keep saying to myself: "I don't want to hear any excuses!" The definition of a workout would be to task your body past the norms of daily activity. It does not require all sorts of fancy fitness equipment nor an expensive gym membership. Weight loss can occur with your motivation and movement. All you have got to do is decide to get up off the couch and walk.... Read More |

Fitness Equipment Makes All the Difference |
| 1/14/2010 12:36:54 PM |
For over a year now I have been using the few pieces of fitness equipment the apartment complex where I live provides. There are a few treadmills and then a single three sided all in one machine, which offers a range of different exercise. My biggest complaint is there are no free weights. I ask the managers why and they quickly answered with it being a liability concern.... Read More |
